Pinocchio's dates back to July of 1979 when the Opportunity Center opened the doors to Pinocchio's in the heart of Downtown Owensboro. The first of it's kind, media flocked to downtown to share the support and inclusiveness displayed by our great organization and community. Now, Pinocchio's remains a special memory for many - stories and smiles still being shared today. In celebration of where we've been, and where we are headed, our talented Culineers are now offering monthly Pinocchio Pop-Up Lunches as a nod to this special piece of our history.

Three Bean Chili: A hearty, slow-simmered chili packed with bold spices and a mix of savory beans to warm you up on a chilly day.
Pimento Cheese Sandwiches: Creamy and tangy, made fresh and served on soft bread for the ultimate comfort food pairing.
No-Bake Cheesecake: A smooth, creamy dessert topped with your choice of cherry or strawberry topping for a sweet finish.
Beverage: Your choice of a soda or water to round out the meal.
